RULE 62.1 - NSPS REQUIREMENTS FOR SULFUR CONTENT OF FUELS

A person owning or operating any source subject to the provisions of any federal New Source Performance Standard (NSPS) which has been delegated to the Air Pollution Control District of San Diego County, must in addition to complying with Rule 62, comply with Regulation X.
