RULE 75.1 - NSPS AND NESHAPS VARIANCE PROCEDURES

Federal terms of delegation specifically prohibit the application of local variance procedures to any federal New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) or National Emission Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPS) which has been delegated to the Air Pollution Control District of San Diego County and which is implemented herein by Regulation X and Regulation XI.
