Federal and State Statutes

The searchable California Air Pollution Control Laws (also known as the "bluebook") includes all relevant Health and Safety Code sections of law plus those air pollution related statutes from other California code books. The California Air Quality Legislation webpage provides a retrospective of recent legislative activity plus links to California legislative websites. Finally, we provide the complete searchable text of the Federal Clean Air Act.

Local Air District Stationary Source Rules and Regulations

The ARB is responsible for monitoring the regulatory activity of California's 35 local air districts. The regulations of each district are available below. California's 35 local air districts are responsible for promulgating rules and regulations for stationary sources. This area contains these searchable district rules, plus district maps, a directory of key personnel at each district and the District Rules Log Database showing district rulemaking activity.
