ARB Comments
Cautionary Comments:
***Permissive Burn Day***
The area is still under the influence of a low pressure trough centered over Oregon. Dispersion will remain very good with a light delta push this morning transitioning to a more N/NW flow by afternoon.

24hr Outlook
***Permissive Day***
Breezy NW flow expected the rest of the week as we transition from trough to weak ridging. Overall dispersion will remain good at the surface and aloft despite temperatures warming into the 90s by the weekend.
